You may be registered on NipeX but not receiving tender invitations. Let's review the second common reason for this...
In the last blog post, we talked about contractors missing out on tender opportunities due to their INACTIVE NipeX status..
You may be asking '...well I checked my business NipeX status and it is ACTIVE but we still have not received tender opportunities in a long while...'
So why may a contractor be registered with NipeX, have an ACTIVE status and still not access tender/contract opportunities?
Your registered email is invalid.
You will be amazed at how many contractor emails bounce when tender opportunities are published.
Sometimes, the emails are for contractors’ ex-staff and so no longer active.
Sometimes, the emails are inaccurately input during registration; and
Sometimes the NipeX system alerts may be directed to your Spam folder.
What to do?
Check the emails you have registered with NipeX.
Ensure they are valid emails.
Update where necessary.
